Suggested Directions for Use

This trio is designed to be experienced as a journey.

Each essence supports a different stage, allowing space for deeper shifts to unfold over time.

You may move through the trio in sequence, or begin with the essence you feel most drawn to.

Take one essence at a time, allowing a minimum of 24 hours before moving to the next.
For a more immersive experience, remain with each essence for at least 3 days. Longer if needed.

Each blend is intended to work on its own, so avoid taking multiple dropper essences together.

The spray may be used at any time.
Use alongside your current essence, or on its own whenever you wish to create a sense of calm, groundedness, or for energetic protection.

You may move back and forth between essences as needed, returning to a previous stage whenever it feels right.

Allow the process to unfold at your own pace, guided by how you feel.

Appropriate Boundaries: Essences of Mookaite Jasper, Icelandic Spar, Mahogany Obsidian, Tiger Iron, Carnelian, Shungite and Peacock Ore. Water, Brandy 35% (total alcohol content 14%).

Balance: Essences of Mookaite, Apophyllite, Turquoise, Sulphur, Septarian, Dumortierite and Rhodochrosite. Water, Brandy 35% (total alcohol content 14%)
