Every order is sent with care from Perth, Western Australia, using Australia Post. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is on its way, along with tracking details.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your order weight and destination, so you'll always see the exact cost before you pay.

Please note that any import duties, taxes, or customs charges applied by your own country are the responsibility of the customer. These vary by destination and are outside of our control, so if you're unsure what might apply, it's worth checking with your local postal service or customs authority before ordering.

Larger orders

For orders over a certain weight, checkout will show a placeholder shipping cost rather than a final price; this simply means your order needs a custom quote. Please get in touch before you complete your purchase, and we will confirm the shipping cost for you directly.

A note for our United States friends

We don't currently ship to the US through the website. Ongoing changes to US import tariffs and customs requirements mean shipments can face unpredictable duties and delays that fall on the buyer, so for now this is one region we are holding off on.
