What is a Crystal Essence?

Crystal essences are drops or sprays infused with the energetic signature of crystals. They are designed to support emotional awareness, mindset, and personal growth, gently encouraging positive change over time.

To create a crystal essence, purified water is safely infused with the unique energy of a crystal. This energetically charged water is then preserved with a small amount of brandy, creating what is known as a single crystal essence or stock bottle.

At Vintage Health, up to seven or eight single crystal essences are thoughtfully blended in different combinations to create our range of transformational products.

How Crystal Essences Are Used

Crystal essences are typically taken by adding a few drops to your drinking water and sipping throughout the day. As you engage with the essence, the energetic signatures of the crystals interact with your emotional and inner landscape.
