How to Choose
You may already know what you need.

Notice what you feel drawn to, curious about, or even slightly resistant to.
Your selection doesn’t need to make logical sense.
It only needs to feel right.
If you’re unsure where to begin, you may wish to explore the curated trios first, then return to build your own with greater clarity.
The Create Your Own Journey
Your custom trio works in the same way as the rest of the collection, supporting you one step at a time.
Each essence holds space for a different aspect of your experience, allowing you to move through your chosen combination at your own pace.
You may find your needs shift as you go.
You can stay with one essence longer, return to another, or simply notice what unfolds.
This is your process. Led by you.
Suggested Directions for Use
Your trio is designed to be experienced as a journey.
Each essence supports a different stage, allowing space for deeper shifts to unfold over time.
You may move through the trio in sequence, or begin with the essence you feel most drawn to.
Take one essence at a time, allowing a minimum of 24 hours before moving to the next.
For a more immersive experience, remain with each essence for at least 3 days. Longer if needed.
Shake 8–10 drops of your chosen essence into a bottle or jug of water. Sip throughout the day, topping up with fresh water as needed. Alternatively, take four drops in a small amount of water in the morning and evening. More frequent doses may deepen your experience.
Each blend is intended to work on its own, so avoid taking multiple dropper essences together.
If you have chosen a spray as part of your trio, this may be used at any time.
Use alongside your current essence, or on its own whenever you wish to create a sense of calm, groundedness, or for energetic protection.
You may move back and forth between essences as needed, returning to a previous stage whenever it feels right.
Allow the process to unfold at your own pace, guided by how you feel.

Choose three products from the 30mL (one fl. oz.) bottles range. Packaged in glass, plastic drippolator, tamperproof lid.
If you choose a spray as one of your three products, you will receive one 50mL (1.7 fl. oz.) spray. Packaged in a glass bottle, plastic spray lid.
