Suggested Directions for Use

This collection is designed to be used intuitively.

Select the essence you feel most drawn to, or the one that reflects your current experience.

Take one essence at a time, allowing a minimum of 24 hours before moving to another.
For a more immersive experience, remain with each essence for at least 3 days.

Add 8–10 drops to a bottle or jug of water and sip throughout the day, topping up with fresh water as needed. Alternatively, take four drops in a small amount of water morning and evening. More frequent doses may deepen your experience.

Each blend is intended to work on its own.

The Grounding & Protection Spray may be used at any time, alongside your current essence or on its own whenever you feel the need to reset, clear, or stabilise your energy.
