What are Crystal Essences?

Crystal Essences are liquid vibrational remedies made by infusing pure water with the energetic signature of crystals. They support emotional balance, mental clarity, and personal growth.

How do Crystal Essences work?

Each crystal carries a distinct energetic frequency. When its essence is taken as drops or sprays, it gently interacts with your body’s own energy, encouraging harmony, resilience, and inner calm.

Are Crystal Essences safe to use?

Yes. At Vintage Health, essences are made using the indirect method, meaning no crystal fragments enter the liquid. Each essence is preserved with a small amount of alcohol to keep them fresh. Specifically brandy in the drops and pharmaceutical grade ethanol in the sprays.

How are they different from essential oils or tinctures?

Unlike essential oils or herbal tinctures, crystal essences don’t rely on plant compounds or aromas. Their effect is energetic rather than chemical—subtle, but deeply supportive on an emotional level.

How do I use them?

You can shake 8 drops into your water bottle and sip throughout the day. Or take 4 drops in a little water morning and evening. If you do not want to consume the drops, you can place a drop of your essence in your belly button, or in the creases of your elbows, to absorb into the skin. This method is not advised if you have skin irritation or sensitive skin. Sprays can be misted around you, a specific area or in the corners of a room. Sprays can be used as a monster spray for sensitive little (and not so little) souls too.

Can I combine multiple essences?

If you are taking the Global Essence pre-made blends, stick to maximum one blend every 24 hours. You can take the same blend for days or weeks at a time, or mix it up every few days. If you are taking a personalised essence (from the CYOC system), you take only this essence for 4-6 weeks.

Who creates Vintage Health essences?

The Vintage Health Crystal essences, and the CYOC system were created by Naturopath Elizabeth Cromie de Vazquez. Elizabeth has been using crystal essences with her clients since 2018. Vintage Health Essences are handcrafted in the Western Australian studio.
